We all know as women it can be hard defeating gravity as we age. Many of you are using the 7 Minute Workout we posted a while back and are seeing great results. These butt exercises can be used in tandem with that workout to put a focus on defying the laws of gravity in your rear.
Donkey Kicks – Repeat this 15 times and then switch legs

Chair Kicks – Repeat this move 10 times and switch legs (2 Sets)
Doggy Hydrant – Repeat this 15 times and then switch legs

Squat Pulse – Repeat 15 times (3 Sets)

Squat Kick – Repeat 10 times and switch legs (3 Sets)
